# Orayva

> Orayva is an AI assistant and management software for rent-a-car (car rental) agencies, made by Kaivera in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is in an early-access pilot program; agencies join the waitlist at https://www.orayva.com.

Orayva gives a car rental agency two AI "employees":

- **Astra** – a customer-facing AI assistant on WhatsApp. It answers clients 24/7 in their language (Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, English and others), sends prices and vehicle availability, prepares reservations and writes them into the agency's CRM. The agency's staff can take over any conversation at any time.
- **Atlas** – an assistant for the agency's team. Every morning it emails a summary of the day (pick-ups, returns, vehicle status), tracks the fleet and vehicle statistics, emails clients when a rental is about to end or has ended, and after a completed rental asks the client for a Google review to improve the agency's visibility.

All inquiries, clients, vehicles and reservations are kept in one admin panel.
